About Us

TEKAR Teknik Araştırma Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 1971 as an engineering company in Ankara, Turkey. TEKAR has focused on providing high-quality services to meet the needs of its clients. The company consistently seeks solutions that are both technically appropriate and cost-effective, with 50+ years of experience, a qualified team, and reliable equipment. Over the past five decades, TEKAR has successfully completed various projects mainly in Central Asia, Africa, Middle-East. TEKAR’s headquarter is in Ankara, Turkey. Branch offices are in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic), Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Baku (Azerbaijan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), and Accra (Ghana).

Reconstruction and upgrading of M39 Road (Sections 1255-1315 km), Republic of Uzbekistan

TEKAR is currently modernizing key roads in the historic city of Samarkand, under a project funded by the Abu Dhabi Fund. The project has began in February 2023, and the modernization efforts include upgrading road surfaces, drainage systems, and safety features.

Reconstruction and upgrading of M39 Road (Sections 1255-1315 km), Republic of Uzbekistan

Reconstruction and upgrading of M39 Road (Sections 1255-1315 km), Republic of Uzbekistan

Our second project involves the reconstruction and upgrading of a section of the M39 Road (km 1255-1315), funded by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). The project started in 2025. Once completed, this concrete roadway will improve connectivity across Uzbekistan.
